1 1/2 oz gin (if using)
1 1/2 oz double-strength cooled pineapple green tea
1 oz sour mix
lemon rim sugar, lemon wedge for glass rim
Use a lemon wedge to wet the rim of a coupe or martini glass. Sprinkle lemon sugar on a small plate or rimming dish. Dip the glass in lemon rim sugar. Set aside to dry. Retain unused sugar for later use.
Combine gin, tea, and sour mix in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a dried lemon slice.
For non-alcohol version: omit gin, use 2 oz tea and 1 1/2 oz sour mix.
