When will my items be shipped?
We aim to have orders out within 2 business days. We ship as soon as possible, and are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items.

Where are my items shipping from?
All items will be shipped from Colorado, using UPS or USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?
Please be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit. If you do need to cancel or make a change, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do our best to accommodate.
What if I receive a broken item?
Because many of our items are breakable, we do our best to package securely for successful shipping. If you do receive something broken, please contact email@example.com with photos to initiate a replacement.
What if I don't like the taste of my mixers or tea?
We cannot accept returns of mixers or teas due to preference.
