FAQ

When will my items be shipped?

We aim to have orders out within 2 business days.  We ship as soon as possible, and are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of ordering, please reach out to wendi@filluyourcup.us.

Where are my items shipping from?

All items will be shipped from Colorado, using UPS or USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Please be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit. If you do need to cancel or make a change, please reach out to wendi@fillyourcup.us. We'll do our best to accommodate.

What if I receive a broken item?

Because many of our items are breakable, we do our best to package securely for successful shipping. If you do receive something broken, please contact wendi@fillyourcup.us with photos to initiate a replacement.

What if I don't like the taste of my mixers or tea?

We cannot accept returns of mixers or teas due to preference.
